When you use our software product, our application will look up personally identifiable information found in your contacts. The latest version (11) of the Becoming Resilient application looks up the name and phone number of the device owner which is then communicated to our support team on installation. We do this to verify that the installation is a real person and not an automated robot. The application does nothing more with your contact information or contacts. A few days after installation, we may text you from our support phone number to ask you if you need any help with the application. That’s it! Your name and phone number is not stored in a database nor on a file system and all other contact information on your device is ignored and not read by the application.
We care about your personal information and will never share any user information with any external company.
